This training is designed to develop knowledge and skills home visiting team members and leaders need to be more effective team players and achieve greater teamwork. Participants will discover why teamwork is important and the characteristics of a great home visiting team. Then individuals will explore their own team player style and practice strategies for being the best team player they can be. Fun and interactive brain-based learning activities will be utilized to ensure that participants get the most out of this training and take the skills they learn back to the workplace. MOD038
