The Power of the Pause: How Reflective Supervision Energizes Home Visitors (Instructor-Led) MOD057

Length: 2 hours
ETO: Professional Growth and Leadership
PDR: Yes- Arkansas PDR available for this training

In this interactive session designed for home visitors, we will explore how reflective supervision contributes to a stronger, more resilient early childhood workforce. Grounded in empathy and collaboration, participants will gain practical tools for reflective listening, explore the power of OARS (Open-ended questions, Affirmations, Reflective listening, and Summarizing), and reflect on how empathy directly supports staff retention. Together, we’ll connect our shared purpose with intentional practices that uplift both professionals and the families we serve. (New Oct 2025)
