Research and Evaluation – 001 – Lorraine McKelvey

Dr. Lorraine McKelvey, Associate Professor,
leads the evaluation team. McKelvey has done home visiting research for over a decade. She was a member of the research consortium of the national
Early Head Start Research project, a co-investigator on a project funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts’ Home Visiting Campaign to examine the elements
of home based Early Head Start services most related to improved family and child outcomes, and conducted research of a home visiting program for teen
parents using the Healthy Families America model.
