Tyra Greenwood is the director of the Arkansas Home Visiting Network for Arkansas Children’s. Tyra began her career at AHVN in early 2012, as the MIECHV
project lead for HIPPY programs in Arkansas. She began serving as the HIPPY Arkansas State Manager at Arkansas Children’s in 2015 where she managed
the daily operations of the HIPPY Arkansas State Training and Technical Assistance Office. Tyra has enjoyed more than eighteen years of successful
experience managing and operating community-based early childhood, parenting, and public health programs. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas
with a master’s degree in operations management and has extensive experience in community collaboration and coalition building. In her current position,
she is responsible for the overall implementation of an $11+ million dollar yearly budget and organizes statewide efforts to expand, coordinate, and
develop the network of home visiting programs throughout the state.
