Leadership Book Club

The Arkansas Home Visiting Network hosts a quarterly Leadership Book Club for anyone interested in home visiting and leadership!

We have found that our leadership is enhanced when we meet outside of the daily demands of our jobs to eat lunch together and invest in our own leadership development. We love meeting and connecting with our colleagues to study leadership theory and to discuss how it applies to our current roles as well as in our personal lives.

Reading together generates intelligence, curiosity, brainstorming, and helps a team thrive. The books we read are chosen by us as a group and are often focused on ideas surrounding leadership, inspiration, and how to implement positive changes in our lives so that we can help to create change in the lives of those around us.

If you would like to be inspired to become a better leader,  join the Leadership Book Club!

For more information, please contact the AHVN office at (501) 364-5461, or email Chelsea McCurdy.
